EVENT FAQ and TROUBLESHOOTING
How do I access the event?
Visit https://www.engagez.net/coreitpros1 and enter the email address you used in the registration process. If you did not receive a password or you do not remember your password, click the password recovery link below the Sign In area. You will receive an email with a link to access your event profile to set/reset your password.
May I share my login with a colleague?
Each individual must register and pay separately to access the virtual event platform from an individual computer. Registrations purchased by your organization may not be distributed, shared, or provided to anyone outside your company. Your user email/login can only be signed in with one device simultaneously. If a second user attempts the same email/password on another device, they will not be able to log in.
Will the Workshops be recorded/on-demand?
Yes - we know our schedule may not meet yours. Each full-day workshop will be recorded and available on-demand by Thursday, August 25th. They will remain accessible only to Full Access Ticket holders.
Why don't I see any Case Studies?
Case Studies are only available to Full Access Ticket holders. If you have purchased a Full Access Ticket and cannot see the General Sessions, Case Studies, and DIY Labs, please contact us in the Packet Pub Need Help? forum or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. or at info
Are there any technical requirements or best practices I should know for an ideal virtual experience?
Yes. First, it is best to use a desktop or laptop computer. Second, you will likely experience technical issues with Internet Explorer and possibly with Safari. It is advised only to use Chrome or Firefox. If you do not have either of these browsers on your device, simply download Chrome or Firefox, and then you can copy/paste the link from your invitation email into the browser.

I’m using Chrome/Firefox, but the venue is still not working for me. What should I try next?
The next step is to try opening an incognito/private window. Often, users have pop-up settings disabled that prevent the venue from functioning properly. To open an incognito/private browser on Chrome, go to File Menu > New Incognito Window. To open an incognito/private browser on Firefox, go to Firefox Menu > New Private Window. A private window allows your browser to run without interference from previous settings.
One other step you can try is to clear your browser’s cache or cookies.
What if I have technical issues during the conference?
If you can't log in to the event, send an email to email@example.com. If you have problems in the event, head to the Packet Pub and describe the issue in the Need Help? forum. Make sure you tried a refresh if something didn't load properly at first.
